Vanguardista Music House is a 4 bedroom villa situated above the main studio and especially designed for musicians. The villa contains, besides the main studio, also a little but cosy midi studio at the first level of the house so that multiple musicians can produce at the same time.

The 350 sqm house with swimming pool is in an elevated position that provides the most stunning panoramic views of Cala Llonga beach, the beautiful green valley and a hint of Formentera from almost every corner of the house. Cala Llonga beach is within walking distance.

The house contains two big terraces; a big outdoor terrace with swimming pool, large dining table, sunbeds and relaxing area, and a 32 sqm covered terrace that is situated on the first floor and is ideal for dining, working and chilling.
